Andy Clay was a member of 2nd Force Recon, the Marines elite Special Forces unit. After being Honorably discharged, Andy spent the next 9 years working for Bally's Vic Tanny in St. Clair Shore, MI. and then Q the Sports Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. After a period of a few too many donuts and very little physical activity, Andy decided to get back in Marine Corps shape. In 8 months he went from 228 lbs to 170 lbs through a program he designed with his co-founder and ACSM trainer Rick Hagaman. Together they have over 35 years of combined fitness expertise. |
