Fylicia Renee’ King has been working as a personal
Fitness Facilitator and Trainer for 10 years. Her career as a personal
trainer began at Bally’s Total Fitness in Texas. Fylicia’s
philosophy is, “If you don’t like what you see….you
should be coming to Fee”. Health, Fitness and Nutrition is a lifestyle.
Fylicia specializes in mimicking movements that help with everyday challenge
such as: lifting, bending to pick up heavy items, pulling-pushing, getting
out of tight situations; as well as exercises that will assist you in
performing movements that require core strength. Additionally, her training
style focuses on listening skills, taking directions and improving ones
