Michael Koth



Certified by the International Dance and Exercise Association along with accreditation by Master's of Motion; the only physiology certification governed by the state board of California. In addition, he is completing his PhD in clinical psychology while writing theory combining body/mind/spirit, which he calls Physicology.

Michael has been in the fitness industry for 32 years as a personal trainer, aerobics and spinning instructor.
His training program includes weight, core, and circuit training along with nutritional counseling, tons of energy, smiles, and most important.....FUN! Michael also teaches spin classes on Mon/Wed evenings @ 5:30pm along with early-bird spin on Tues/Thurs @ 7am. Thanks for reading a bit about me, would love to hear from you!!
