I take a holistic approach to exercise, geared with results-driven cross-training techniques. In addition to weight training and aerobic exercises, I incorporate yoga, kettlebell training, and self-defense into my workouts. New forms of exercises will continually be introduced and utilized to prevent your body from adapting and reaching any plateaus. This combined with nutritional guidance and emphasis on proper form and technique is what will get you dramatic and long lasting results.
